A student organization based at Texas Tech University, our mission is to provide students of all backgrounds with outside opportunities to further their careers. Through guest speakers from some of the top companies around the world to general networking events with Texas Tech alumni, we provide members with a chance to grow their connection base and find what they would truly enjoy in a career.

As a Texas Tech student organization the only requirement to join the club is be a active student at Texas Tech University in good standing. Otherwise while we are the Association of Latino Professionals for America, our mission is to provide growth opportunities to our members who are from every background.

Texas Tech Association of Latino Professionals for America is a student organization with the mission to provide ongoing opportunities to students of all backgrounds to further their career.

Have a chance to listen to successful professionals from some of the largest corporations in the world one week and next week get a quick refresher course on real world skills from Professors across the campus.

Don’t identify as Latino? No problem! Our students come from all backgrounds and all have one thing in common; the want to grow their professional careers. No matter how you identify, our student organization welcomes everyone interested in being the best professional and alumni they can be when they leave Texas Tech.

Faculty Advisers Include:

Damian Pantoya: Current Professor in the Rawls College of Business within the Accounting Department. Professor Pantoya is avid in the community through baseball activities and is a favorite of many students in the accounting major.
